This is the registration form for adult tennis lessons at the Burlington Swim & Tennis Club for the summer of 2012.

Lessons are $35 per person for members.
The session runs for 6 weeks and will begin on July 5th.
Lessons are once a week.

Note: Non-members may NOT register for tennis lessons at this time. If space is available, we will open lessons to non-members at a later date. Please check back.
