The Burlington Swim & Tennis Club is a nonprofit, volunteer operated pool/tennis/social club. Founded in 1957, the club has been home to summer after summer of picture perfect good times for our members, our families, and friends. BSTC offers its members a private outdoor pool, tennis and club house facility where children of all ages spend their summers learning about social participation, recreational sporting and competitive swim and tennis.

The club is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We are open for weekends only until school gets out in mid-June and then we are open 7 days a week until Labor Day, when we close for the season.

Membership dues are paid annually. For 2025, the total cost of membership is $1,390, which is comprised of membership dues of $1090, a capital assessment fee of $250 and a management system fee of $50. There is also a one-time new member fee of $150. Membership includes access to the pools, tennis courts, and grounds during all club hours. The club offers its members the option of participating on our seasonal swim and tennis teams, and swim and tennis lessons (for an extra fee). As a private club, the facilities and activities are reserved for members only.

Joining the Club

There is currently a 2-3 year waiting list for new members. If you’d like your name added to the waiting list, use this form to register with the club . Please note there is  $50.00 fee to join the waiting list. If you are offered a membership and choose to return to the waiting list for another year, a $50.00 charge will be assessed for deferment.

Associate Membership

A family first joins the club as an Associate member. Associate members enjoy full club privileges, but may not hold office nor vote on the operation and direction of the club.

Corporate Membership

After one full year, a family may elect to apply for Corporate membership. Upon approval by the Board of Directors and the Corporate Membership, a transfer fee is paid to transition from Associate to Corporate membership status. Corporate members are the voting club members – they approve the annual budget, by-laws and club operations. Corporate members can hold a seat on the board and cast their vote for the direction of the club. It is our Corporate Members who chose to invest in and drive the future of our club.
